Struggling with mental health issues can be overwhelming and isolating leaving you feeling hopeless. These challenges can affect the way we think about ourselves and the world, how we feel, and how we behave. Because these problems can be all-encompassing, it can feel impossible to break free from and return to a desirable, productive life.
My style is holistic and customized to meet the needs of the individual, couple or family. My therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and strengths-based counselling.
I provide tele-therapy for individuals and families that are dispersed or in hard to reach areas through a web-based video application where multiple parties can participate. It is 100% confidential and HIPPA compliant.
